“All well when we left the car, however on returning, after a nine hour flight we went out to the bus stop and waited over 30 minutes for a bus. I rang 6 times only for an automated message to tell me that they were busy and to try later. When a bus came from the regular Airparks car park, I asked him where our bus was and he took us to the Short Run car park. En route we met our bus about five minutes away so I’m guessing we’d have been waiting for about 40 minutes for a bus that comes “every 10 minutes “
Not impressed”
“Spent a lot of time trying to find it as there was little signage and the Sat-Nav took us somewhere else.
The parking surface was loose gravel which was quite muddy in the rain.
But it was convenient for the airport.”
“Excellent service parked car and collected in under a minute. On return we easily found the pick up point and a bus was waiting only ones on it he waited 5 minutes and we left. Went straight to our car so easy! So convenient”
“Very good service. We landed late on Saturday night and the driver dropped us right by our car. We were two girls on our own and he waited until we got the car. How considerate.”

Only thing I would say is that the buses could be marked clearer to say where they are going to. We watched our bus drive away as we didn’t realise it was going to our car park.
