“Great service, everyone at the site were very helpful. It would be nice to have little more space between the cars but that is the case with other parking companies as well.”
“Birmingham operation was very different to the Manchester facility we had used previously, but was still good. Our main issue was with road signage around the car park, which was not good, although this has been complicated by the HS2 construction going on nearby. Staff, transfer buses and admin was very good (as usual)”
“Car park was fairly easy to find if you follow the instructions on the booking. Big place, well run with regular buses that drop and pick up directly outside the terminal.
We were in and parked very quickly. Made things very easy for us.
Would use again. Only negative was that spaces were small which made unloading the cases and getting everyone out quite tricky”
