First time using this at BHX and impressed - easy to park, quick drop off and only 12 min wait for bus on arrival back from holiday. Easy access out of car park to main motorway and roads.

Satnav struggles to find it but service is excellant. No long waits at either end. Surface not good for case wheels so take car to cases and drop them at bus stop before you park

Very efficient service. We arrived back in the UK at 2.30 am, and there was a bus waiting for us at the airport.

When checked in gatehouse guy was torturous in detail like a jobs worth telling me everything which I said I knew to be fair has I used many times, but no he gave it the full month

Everything went smoothly. The car park itself wasn't great. We arrived when it had rained, there were lots of puddles, stones and mud. Having had to run our Suitcases through this, they were filthy along with our shoes. The car, it's wheels, arches etc were also really dirty and mudded.

Waited nearly half an hour to be taken to the airport despite there being about 20 people waiting. We arrived back at 12.30. I rang the number I had been told to ring twice- it is just an automated message. I ended up getting a tax. No one questioned me when I walked in to the carpark which suggests security isn't that strong!

A very quick and efficient service. We had to do a replan quickly after a flight was cancelled from Luton so we changed to Birmingham. Whilst the email directions tale you to the spot, the postcode didn't- it took us to what may have been a former site which was marked as APH on Google maps. This added to a bit of stress when we were under airline indicef pressure.and prevented a 5* review. A basic error which should be rectified to help future customers.
