“It is a wonderful service my only criticism was the directions were outdated due to HS2 disruptions which gave us cause to get lost and be a little late. Holiday Inn (where we ended up following the directions you gave) were very helpful and had pre printed handouts for all those who were getting lost and ending up in their car par behind a barrier. To 3xit barriers one had to go into Holiday Inn reception where thankfully they gave us printed up to date directions”
“It was a very good experience the car was a short journey away and all the staff are wonderful and friendly including the bus drivers the buses ran every 10 to 15 minutes so no problem if you miss one . Will definitely use again many thanks”
