“Put in postcode got lost. Rang number very helpful member of staff giving directions. Parked, on bus and dropped off swiftly.
Returning - grumpy bus driver shouting blue tickets only. Waited for yellow ticket bus short time. Driver was lovely and dropped us right off by our car.
This is second time we have used APH and would definitely use again. Thanks guys x”
“Awaiting collection at car park was not good as kept waiting for about 20 minutes, as staff member did a coach inspection. This delay added to stress issues surrounding situation for security delays at Birmingham airport.
No help given with luggage”
