“5 mins from airport. Dropped car off in car park. No waiting around for bus as already waiting on arrival. Good value for money. On return again no waiting as bus already at the stop. Just be aware of roadworks near to car park drop off due to HS2 construction. Sometimes there are diversions. Great service will definitely use again.”
“It would have got 5 stars if the car park was sign posted better considering the major road works and evening diversions in the immediate area Driving around for 30 minutes until we found it tucked away near the Premier Inn.”
“The booking process was easy, check-in onsite was straightforward and a bus was there to take us to the airport. The issue was when we returned; we went to Bus stop A where there were a lot of people waiting for a bus that would take yellow tickets. Buses were arriving but only taking white or blue tickets. We only had to wait about 10 minutes before a bus turned up, but other people had been waiting for about 40 minutes. Apparently one coach had broken down, but there appeared to be no back-up coach, hence the delay. Not a great end to a lovely holiday; I was just glad that we hadn't just got off a long-haul flight.”
