“Signposting a bit lacking, got a bit lost but no answer from the helpline (recorded msg said they were very busy, which didn't seem the case when we arrived shortly after).
Having said that, now I know where it is it's much easier to get to than other APH sites that I've used in Birmingham.”
“Instructions mostly good but probably could do with rewording the bit where it tells you to ignore the slip road coming from M42 as I continued and had 10 mins added to my journey.
Paperwork says driver will help with luggage but when we arrived he didn't even look up from his phone let alone offer to help. Again, no offer to any passengers on the way back.
Called the number on our return and was told I didn't need to and a bus would be there soon. 15mins later, one arrived. Should probably change that wording too.
Overall, a good and convenient service but outline of service needs to be changed on booking.”
“Bit out of the way, difficult to find, attendant looked like he was asleep when we arrived, not the usual APH we have been to before, and was expensive for a week without discount”
“It took us a while to find the entrance to the car park. Once we'd arrived everything else went smoothly. The member of staff at the gate gave us instructions as to where to park and there was another staff member waiting in that area of the car park. We were instructed on what to do on our return. Transfers to and from Airport Terminal were quick and efficient.”
