“We were met by a complete jobsworth who was very keen to tell us that they weren’t APH and were providing a service for APH who had “sold up in the pandemic”. Then we were told we were the cause of BHX’s current problems because we’d turned up early - this after we’d said we’d had to rebook that day from Manchester because of the power failure chaos. Then he took great delight in saying the computer hadn’t updated our booking (of course it had). When we got back we joined a massive queue for the bus transfer which was chaos. Never booking this again.”
“The car parking areas are so rough I had to carry my suitcase to the road out of concern for the wheels. On my return I left my case on the road while going to retrieve my car.
The bus journey and the service were otherwise very good”
