“When arriving at Birmingham APH short run I was impressed by the professionalism of all staff and speed of transfer to the airport. However this was not the case on the return journey. We were waiting for a while for a bus to short run whilst 4 or 5 arrived for other car parks. One of the drivers for (white tickets) was rude to customers awaiting the correct bus. Therefore unlikely to use again unfortunately.”
“Very good, very friendly driver to transfer us to airport when we arrived at 5am. Upon return waited no longer than 5 minutes for the bus, very straight forward. Would recommend”
“Very effective and efficient service. All staff were friendly and welcoming. I had an issue leaving a bag on the shuttle bus on our return to collect the car and staff were very kind and helpful. The bus drivers were also friendly and helpful”
