“There was no signage once we got into the area of the site. Although we used the site’s postcode to get us there in good time, when we arrived we couldn’t find the site. Our satnav showed we had arrived but there was no signage. We were going round and round for quite awhile- no one could help us until someone was able to give us some directions. By this time, we almost missed our flight. It was an extremely stressful situation.”
