“Found Airparks location easy. Reception gave clear instructions. Bus transfer smooth to Airport. On return found my tyre was flat and my back number plate was missing. It was located under my windscreen wiper with a message informing of flat tyre. Big thanks to ASH, in the reception, who was really helpful and inflated my tyre and helped secure my number plate. He was a lifesaver at 1am on a cold morning . Please pass my thanks. I will definitely be using APH to book future airport parking. Would definitely recommend.”
“Booking form easy to use and price was significantly cheaper than parking on airport site.
Greeted on arrival by member of staff who was extremely friendly ( even though it was early hours of the morning!!) and explained full process to us for parking, bus transfer to airport and what to do once we landed back in Birmingham after our holiday.
On arrival back in the UK, bus transfer picked us up exactly as stated and dropped us back to our car.

“Easy to get to and short distance from the Airport. Not all car park is tarmac but at stoned, lots of puddles and mud in rainy weather.
Drivers need to ensure passengers have secured luggage and are sat down before moving vehicle... Especially when there is only 4 people onboard and they have just got on the bus.”
