“I got lost finding the car park, I should have put directions in to the Premier Inn as that would have been easier.
I didn’t find the staff to be friendly, there tone of voice wasn’t welcoming.
On the plus side it’s conveniently located close to the airport.”
“Very difficult to find especially at night time. Was driving around in circles due to sat nav post code not actually taking you to the place. Tried calling multiple times and had no answer. On collection wasn’t noted where I had to collect car from not being informed there was multiple different coloured stops. Bus driver did help to locate. How ever did do the job of taking and collecting from the airport.”
“2nd time of using in the last 3 months for a week away, reasonably priced and short transfer to the terminal, a little wait and very busy on outgoing journey but pretty swift on the return.”
