Transfer to the airport
The car park is only 5-10 minutes from the airport I was expecting the buses to be a bit more frequent as we waited for almost 30 minutes to be taken to the airport. Although short run it felt like a long wait. I would look at other parking options before paying more for this service.

It’s very difficult to find it, the postcode doesn’t match the address

The check in should have been quicker and automated by scanning the bar code. Instead there was one guy checking in everyone one at a time and talking to each car so we were queuing for about 15mins before being able to park. Bus to and from the airport terminal was fine.

No issues with parking up. The only gripe I had was when we came back, there was a delay at Birmingham airport which meant a large amount of people left at the same time, all needing these buses. There was a serious lack of buses and despite being told the next one to Short-run would be 5 mins, we were waiting for at least half an hour. Not ideal with a toddler who had already been delayed severely in the airport. Obviously the delays were not Airparks' fault but they were made aware of the excess amount of people needing transport and it wasn't dealt with well.
