Transfer to the airport
No signage to this car park at all. Difficult to find, even with SatNav. No one answered the contact number given on the confirmation paperwork. Even the customer services office in the main carpark at the airport has never heard of APH!

On arrival was told if my flight was delayed and I arrive after 12 in the evening I would be charged another £20 Not very impressed with the guy Not a APH site and not what you get from other sites had to wait 1/2 hour for bus as drivers were changing over to go to airport As it was my flight was on time but not impressed at all

As described frequent quick, helpful service. Only downside at the moment is that there are lots of major roadworks in the area so sat nav may not be up to date

Great arrival very smooth, at the drop off driver explained the pickup procedure for our car park. On arrival back bus was pulling out driver stopped and asked what colour ticket we had and we jumped on great service.

Hit and miss really. If you are parked in the green section then all good but in the red or blue with anything bigger than a fiat 500 you will struggle. For some reason car park owners seem obsessed with spaces at right angles to the road. If they just put them on an angle you would be able to park so much easier. Half the carpark is just in crushed stone. It was fine in the daylight as you could see the bays but in the dark not a chance. Pay a bit extra and get valet parking is my advise.
