“Theft:
The biggest issue occurred upon our return when we discovered that both front wiper blades had been stolen from our car. We reported this incident at the front gate, where the staff member apologised and mentioned it had been noticed earlier. He assured us that someone would contact us later in the day, but it has now been four days, and we have yet to hear from anyone.
Driving two hours home at 3 am without front wiper blades was a nerve-wracking experience, praying that there would be no rain. This lack of follow-up and support was highly disappointing.
Parking Conditions:
The area where I was directed to park had an uneven surface, which could be problematic for some vehicles. Additionally, the parking spaces are relatively small, so if you have a larger car, expect a tight fit.
Customer Service:
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided clear instructions. Their welcoming demeanor was appreciated and made the check-in process smooth.
Shuttle Service:
The shuttle bus from the airport back to the car park took a little longer than expected. While this was only a minor inconvenience, it’s worth noting if you’re on a tight schedule.
Overall Impression:
Due to the theft and the subsequent lack of communication from the car park management, I cannot recommend this facility. While the staff were courteous, the security issues and poor response to our situation overshadowed any positives.”

Please do update your directions to reach the car park though, the new road layout (roundabout) is not covered”
