“I’d left the interior light on in my car so when I returned from a week away the car battery was dead. I asked the staff for help and they couldn’t have been kinder and quicker! Thank you for helping out after 8 hrs travelling I didn’t fancy a 2hr wait for the RAC!”
“Was very easy to book , staff on the barrier when we arrived were very polite and helpful showing us best place to park due having young children to make it easier to get to bus pickup.Bus drivers were great and assisted with our bags on departure and arrival .

“Was a bit difficult to find as postcode took us to nearby holiday inn not the car park so we had to ask for directions. Staff were all very friendly esp our driver on 12 August, it was a very late pick up from the airport and he was very cheerful helping us with our bags and directing us to our parking space.”
“When arriving at Birmingham APH short run I was impressed by the professionalism of all staff and speed of transfer to the airport. However this was not the case on the return journey. We were waiting for a while for a bus to short run whilst 4 or 5 arrived for other car parks. One of the drivers for (white tickets) was rude to customers awaiting the correct bus. Therefore unlikely to use again unfortunately.”
