“No problems on the outgoings journey, but the inbound was dreadful. We were left waiting for the transfer for over an hour in the freezing cold, staff weren't apologetic or helpful. Staff outward very helpful and efficient. Staff inward very uncaring. Would have been 5 stars all the way if it had been better inbound.”
