“5-Star Airport Parking Experience (sorry for the lengthy review but I absolutely thought it was worth every detail!)
From start to finish, the service we received was faultless. On our outbound journey, both the bus driver and assistant were incredibly helpful — super friendly and more than happy to assist with loading and unloading our cases, which made the start of our trip stress-free.
On our return, despite the 3am hour, another waiting bus driver (not even from our car park!) went out of his way to be welcoming and chatty. He kept my tired daughter upbeat with the thoughtful offer of a photo in the driver’s seat (engine off!) and suggested we wait inside the warm terminal until our bus arrived — a small gesture that made a big difference at that time of night.
When our bus did arrive, the driver and assistant once again helped us with our luggage, and their cheerful singing to Heart 90s and the “fun blue ‘disco’ lights” on the bus lifted everyone’s spirits during those early hours.
When we reached our car, we discovered a flat tyre! I sought help from reception, and within minutes, tyre inflating equipment was sent out. The same kind bus assistant who had helped us earlier stayed to ensure the tyre was safely inflated so we could get home with our 6-year-old and 9-month-old daughters without worry.
The genuine care, friendliness, and above-and-beyond attitude of the entire team turned what could have been a stressful moment into a reminder of how excellent customer service should feel.

“Parking up and transfer to airport was excellent. On arrival back, waiting for transfer back we had three buses arrive prior to the one we needed. The drivers of the three arrived prior to ours wasn't helpful at all and kept saying, "yours will be the next one". But wasn't very courteous in doing so.”
“We had an early flight so we arrived in the middle of the night. Everyone was very helpful and we got on the bus straight away. We just missed the bus on the way back but didn’t have to wait long for the next one. We’ve used them in the past and will definitely use them again.”
