“Car park appears to be quite secure and relatively easy to find. Gent at entrance knew exactly who we were and directed us to a lettered bay with several spaces available. Bays are a little tight for larger cars but ours was ok. Courtesy bus was efficient both ways but a little overcrowded on return. Car park exit is controlled by a barrier which opens on production of your ticket given on entry. We will use again pending a huge cost reduction for a positive review.”
“Worst service ever.
On departure, the bus was waiting, I said to the driver that I am going to the toilet and will be back in 2minutes. But the driver left and I had to wait for 25 minutes.
On arrival at bus stop A, the bus was nearly empty and about to leave but the driver would not open the doors to let us in and we had to wait another 25 minutes.
Been using APH for nearly 20 years and never had any problems before”
“Used Tesco Clubcard vouchers for this stay.
Booking process was convenient.
Location was a little further out than we'd normally use.
Waited 5 mins for transfer to airport and 30 mins for transfer back to parking.
Transfer time was around 12 mins.
Parking appeared secure.”
“I thought I had booked APH as I always do but found it to be Airparks who are entirely different.They do not Park your car for you and are not so organised. I will not be using them again at Birmingham”
“Arrived at APH parking for our recent holiday. Staff was really helpful when we arrived pointed us in the right direction for the bus to take us to airport, the bus driver helped with our luggage.
On return the bus driver was there waiting for us at the bus stop we was told to go too, when we arrived at APH staff was there to tell us where our car was we we will use APH againin May 2023”
