The APH site we used is shared with airpark, it was easy to find with the sat nav, but felt like it was in 5he middle of a housing estate as we got close, which made us think we were in the wrong place. The guys checking in were quite dismissive of our booking as they were ‘airparks’ but allocated us a space and directed us to it. The coaches used to move us to the airport were a little rough around the edges, but i bet they have done a fair few miles. The first was overheating, so the driver said, so we jumped on the next coach. This was not an issue as it was only a couple of minutes wait. The drop of is right outside Birmingham airport so we were quickly inside and finding the checkin desks. Return was a little bit of a wait for the coach (10 min), and then a quick journey to where our car was parked to get on our way home. I was expecting to park my car safely for a couple of weeks and get transport to and from the airport. This is exactly what we got. The coaches and the service team could do with a bit of attention though.

Good value for money. However, some points need to be addressed: 1. APH shares the car park with Airparks but this is not made clear in the signage, which is a bit confusing especially if you arrive at the car park in the dark. 2. Another drawback of the shared premises, is looking for your car e.g in row K only to be told it is in row K in the other car park 3. Very tight parking spaces - had to access my car on the passenger side because the driver side was blocked off by the neighbouring car.
