“I couldn’t make my trip as my husband was rushed into hospital for emergency surgery, as this was the morning before my trip it wasn’t over 24 hours notice so I was told I couldn’t move my parking or get a refund.”
“Okay with the booking and parking procedures in yard. But it’s the wait for connection nearly half an hour waiting in cold weather, and a long ride to park after all when the price is gone up 3 times more expensive than before the pandemic .”
“I booked (and paid extra) to "Self Park" so that I could retain my keys.
When I arrived for my flight - I was told that they no longer offer such a service and that I must hand over my key.
As I had to catch my flight there was little that I could do about this.
I notice that as of today (9/11/22) they are still selling "self parking". Buyer beware!”
