“Use this car park every time I fly from Birmingham, usually a good experience but this time APH had not notified the guys at Airparks (APH) of our booking, apparently this has happened before, took a few minutes to sort out by which time the transfer bus had left and the guys had to park my car instead of myself and keeping the keys.
Will still use and hope the problem does not occur again.”
