“Arrived and attendant greeted us very promptly and friendly. Showed us where to park. Bus was waiting already so didn't have to wait. Dropped us outside departures. I lost my return ticket during the holiday but wasn't an issue as the driver took our details. We returned and went back to the car and the attendant let us out the barrier. Great service. Always use and will use again”
“We had booked to park at Aph Birmingham from 29/9/2022 to 7/10/22 flying to Orlando, due to a Hurricane our flight was cancelled for 3 days we tried to get in touch to see how we stood with our parking, we couldn't get a direct phone number ,we managed to speak to someone eventually and was told they wanted another £100 on top of the £86 we had already played so we cancelled it and was told we would get a refund which so far we haven't”
“I have used APH 2 times this year at Mackerdown lane. I like the fact that you park your own car and the seats have not been moved on your return.
The car was as we left it and there was no concerns with using the car park. I just wish you would reopen the site at Hams Hall.
