“Very good service, easy to find and register when we arrived. Upon return, leaving the premise was very easy.
My only qualm would be that it would be helpful having a few more buses running as we were waiting quite sometime both going out to the airport and coming back too.”
“There was chaos on arrival as too many cars had been booked and we were unable to self park. My booking hadn't been entered into the system, so the car had to be rebooked. On return everything was fine. We managed to get on a bus straight away, however this did not continue when we went to collect the keys. We waited outside in the cold with others and no-one came to sort things out. Then a young man came, with quite poor English, to hand out keys one at a time. We were last but one to get our keys so we were absolutely freezing. This is the first time we had used this APH car park and will be reluctant to use it again. We always used Hams Hall, never had a problem, very efficient there. I don't know if it has reopened, but I would certainly use that parking.”
“It was chaos on arrival, long queues. Staff admitted it was massively overbooked blaming a general booking site,I'd booked direct but due to "computer issues" there was no booking on their system, luckily I had a booking reference.
I parked car and left keys.
Collection was much better, give the guy your ticket and he tells you where your car is. All good, apart from the exit barrier not working and one guy was having to scan every driver out.
Oh well,my car was safe.”
