“Very rude staff . Wanted to take keys of me which I have not chosen and said I will do self park. Unfortunately our trip was cancelled and took the car out in 90 minutes. Called customer service for the refund, said someone will get back to you in 3,days. Did not happen. I would never recommend anyone. It used to be good, not anymore”
“Price was competitive against that of Birmingham Airport, which is ridiculously expensive. Shame about Purple Car park, as it is not ‘lined’, people seem to think parking 15cms from the next car is acceptable.”
“Not sure if i would use service again. When i arrived i prebooked self park & was told to park on row F no spaces available so Told to try Row H which has 1 space left. Car is on rough ground with no lines for spaces just a free for all. Bus transfer to airport was fine no issues about 15 minutes. On return to airport we waited for bus for 15 minutes and wife wanted to use toilet before getting on the bus Toilet being right by the stop and was told as soon as people get off it's leaving true to her word the driver unloaded passengers and drove away literally as my wife walked back to stop even seeing my wife but quickly looked away and pulling away from stop. After another 25 minutes wait now 40 minutes we got on next bus and arrived back to carpark picked up car no issues. Some cars where parked very close together so something to consider if you don't want car damaged.”
“Very straightforward. Just be aware that the pick up bus from bus stop A was labelled Airparks and not APH. We nearly didn't get on it, until we asked the driver.”
