“Was really easy to use. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The bus driver especially was fantastic. Easy to find the bus stop for the journey back as it was just outside the arrivals area. No complaints at all.”
“Easy to find. Served straight away. You park your own car and keep the keys. Much better than hanging your keys over to a kiosk and faffing about on your return. Bus was right there when we arrived off the flight. Minimum fuss. Happy days!”

“Good option for parking at BHX. This is the second time I’ve used APH here. This time paid the full cost (£91) with Tesco rewards so just over £30 pounds worth of points.
My only gripe was that we were told to park in 8C and there were no visible spaces in the dark at 5am so parked in D. The ground was rough for dragging cases along but we managed.
Will use again though in August, hopefully with Tesco points again.”
“I've used the (Birmingham) parking and bus- transport service five times in the last year. Always take my/our car keys with me/us. The car has always been undamaged and where it was parked upon our return. Staff are friendly, pleasant and reliable. Bus-transport to the airport is well set-up and reliable. N.B. Allow extra time for busy periods when arriving for outgoing flights (multiple cars can arrive at the same time and form a queue to get in - creating some delays), the staff do their best to manage the queue flow.”
