“Easy to get to with google maps. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick easy process when enetering and leaving. Had to wait for the bus but this is stated on their website and it didnt delymay me as I was in good time anyway. Id use it again.”
“I used APH Birmingham last September and was happy with the service. However, this year I was not pleased at all. Parking the car was easy but the bus service both to the airport and especially on the return was not good. On the way to the airport it took 30 minutes from parking the car to getting to the airport terminal. This was less of an issue as I always leave plenty of time. On the return I had to wait nearly one hour at the bus stop and then two turn up at the same time. This was a bigger issue as by this time after a long journey I want to get home sooner. For the next time I fly from Birmingham I am likely to use a more expensive car park but one with a more regular bus service.”
“The site was easily accessed and checked in ok. Parking space near to bus stop was convenient. Transfer to airport good. Return journey made with minimal wait for transfer. Driver very friendly and helpful with luggage. Overall good experience and reasonable cost. I would use and recommend APH.”
