“Great service, your shown where to park, then go to the pick up point and off you go. On your arrival back you go to the pick up point printed on your ticket and taken back to your car. Perfect and so easy.

“Good for airport parking and quick bus transfers. We are allocated a space on a certain row however it was full so had to park on an alternate row. The entry signs are also unclear as you are asked to follow a no entry route to access where we needed to park.”
“First time using this site. I had previously used the other site at Coleshill. Now for me the big difference being I park the car myself and keep my key with me, which seems great for security of my key, but the carpark lanes are quite tight to manoeuvre in, so was a little concerned to what damage I might find to my vehicle when I returned, luckily no damage was found but would i want to risk it next time.
I also felt the buses to and from the airport were a lot less frequent than in previous years, and so felt less comfortable as we were all crammed in with people standing and having to hold their cases, as no room on the luggage racks. This was on both journeys to and from the airport.
Next time I will just get a cab.”
“Arrival was a shocker. Told they were short staffed on arrival and very busy struggled to find us a spot. Bus driver not bothered about massing customers at bus stop and had to be reprimanded publicly by another member of staff to actualy provide the transfer bus. Due to this the bus was absolutely rammed with sitting and standing customers and other customers unable to get on. Not a good.start to the holiday. However, return journey was great with no problems. Will use again but definitely need to improve receiving customers and timeliness of transfer.”
