“Arrived at Birmingham at 16.15 on 28/07/23, on attending the bus queue to go back to Mackerdown lane parking, the queue was abou 100 people deep. The bus arrives , a small mini bus , which hardly had any affect on the queue. I had to pay £16 for a taxi as it was going to take another hour until my transfer would arrive. Unreal , what a poor service , I won’t be using this car park again , a taxi would have been a cheaper option!”
“Always use this car park when we fly from Birmingham. Was particularly impressed this time around with the key collection lockers on our return. The staff at the car park were helpful and friendly and a special mention to the driver who collected us from the airport who took his time to help everyone load their luggage onto the bus which was an unexpected but very welcome surprise.”
