“On arriving at the site Sunday 23rd July at 13.00Hrs I was told by a staff member (a young lad whose name I am sorry to say I didn't make a note of) that there was an issue with my self parking booking, so had to leave it in space for them to move, which I was concerned with, as I had a previous issue on an APH site elsewhere (Manchester) where my car was damaged, but as I only realised this was the case when I got home APH and on reporting it to APH, they were not prepared to put right...I vowed to never book with them again.....but then on reflection, I decided to not bear a grudge and booked the Bham site.
What a great decision this turned out to be. I explained to the young man about this bad experience and he was very calm and assured me that he take great care of my car and on arrival back in at the site to inspect my car with a member of staff and to take lots of photos before I handed him the key.
When I got back my car was indeed parked elsewhere and there was no damage and the mileage had not moved,unlike it had at Manchester.
I would recommend the Bham APH site and I found ALL the staff to excellent.
I will defintely book the APH Bham site again......the Manchester site? I will need some convincing.”
“Very difficult to find. Postcode takes you to the wrong side. The instructions are good but you can’t read them and drive when you are in your own.”
“APH is my first choice when booking airport car parking, We have never had any problems with them unlike other big name companies.
We drove up to the barrier the car was recognised, pull-up to the small office and one of the staff books you in and gives you a ticket for the return bus, They will tell you which row to park in, keep you keys and jump on the bus, which is always waiting,
Return to the same bus stop at the airport where you are dropped off, get in you car and drive home.
It is really such a simple procedure. 5 Star....”
