“Waited for the shuttle bus at the Carpark to the Terminal for roughly 20-25 minutes and the gentleman that assisted us on site was quite abrupt in his approach. The same for the return journey, we waited for 25-30 minutes and the same gentleman was driving, and had the same attitude.
A recommendation would be to ensure that customers know they will be waiting longer than initially advised, to allow that time for travel. Probably also worth adding the destination on the shuttles. As we waited on the return journey, 3 shuttles pulled in and we were turned away each time - having that destination displayed would make it much easier for all customers.
The price was reasonable and the spaces were ample for all types of vehicles. Directions provided were spot on and leaving the carpark is easy. Ideal location.”

The reservations building had moved slightly and was alittle confusing, the signs for traffic entering need to be alittle clearer.
Bus to and from airport were good didn't have to wait very long.

“Cars are parked very close together on a gravel car park, which made it difficult to pull wheeled suitcases along until you reached the main tarmacked areas. We waited 20 minutes in the rain for the correct bus to arrive on our return, despite there being another bus available and going back to the same car park, but were not allowed on this as it was the "express" service.”
