“Good value, but a good fifteen minutes to the airport on the bus and up to a 25-minute wait for a bus at each end. Worth considering this against parking closer. Friendly and helpful staff throughout.”

“The parking was well organised and the staff pleasant and polite. The journey to birmingham airport was speedy and efficient. However upon returning, on scheduled time, we had to wait half an hour for the bus back to the car park. When it finally arrived the driver said that the bus was faulty and didnt know if it would get us back. However it did make it. After a long tiring flight this level of pick up service was unacceptable and disappinting!”
