“The outward journey from parking to BHX was good and we arrived in plenty of time to check in bags etc. The return from BHX to the parking at 100 Mackadown Lane on the 27th needs improvement! We waited 45 minutes for a return bus in the early evening, 4 'Airparks' buses came and went before we were picked up. Each time the driver told us we needed 'the next bus' but this was far too long coming. It was much better when APH had their own buses - not relying on shared transport!”
“Great Service we parked in section B only one problem was dragging cases over the rough parking surface on arrival back best to leave cases where bus drops you off and get your car and load your cases.
Will definitely use APH in future”

“Its changed since I last went, previously the car park would keep your key and park your car. Now its self-park and you keep your car.
Doesn't really matter however, as the main service is good and the staff are courteous.”

Very difficult to pull the suitcases over the stoney lane to just before bus stop.We we're at the end of our parking area.
