“Having to wait for over an hour on sunday 29/10/23 to be collected was a complete shamble. after several calls to your site you eventually sent a bus to get everyone to their cars. no apologie. miserable driver. we will not be using you again.”
“Easy to find and check in. Although it was a bit confusing regarding leaving keys we weren't told to and then upon our return we were told to pick the keys up so wasn't sure what we should have done. Quite a long wait for the bus and then there was a long queue; thankfully we managed to get on.
Reassuring that our car was parked safely and the car park had CCTV.”
