“The trip to the airport was great, we were greeted and found a space easily. However, we were disappointed with the trip back. We landed in the evening and were walking to the bus. My husband had gone ahead to get it was the right bus and so got on. We began to walk over, however we were a little slower as we had 2 children and a family member who is 80 years old and walks with a stick. The bus driver saw us trying to catch up and then asked my husband to leave the bus and said that he couldn't wait for us. This then left us with an elderly person and 2 children in the cold for 25 minutes. Extremely disappointed when the driver could see that our family member had trouble walking and then refused to wait.”
“Excellent...barriers lifted as soon as we arrived met by welcoming staff to confirm booking and advised clearly of where to park. Super close to the bus stop and bus came promptly...again a very welcoming staff member driving the bus. Dropped off right outside airport. Bus was waiting when we returned from holiday and a quick easy exit from the carpark. Would recommend highly.”
