“Simple to park. Drove in, within a minute someone came out to greet me, gave me a return and exit ticket and showed me where to park. I kept my key. On my return the bus was easy to locate, and I used my ticket to exit the car park. Easy and painless.”
“Have used APH for a number of years at both Birmingham and Manchester and have been satisfied with the service.On this occasion the self park on arrival was good and the bus service to the airport was fine.However on the return leg,it was a bit of a chaotic scene at the bus stop with dozens of people waiting and failing to board in extreme heat(some with very young children.A fairly long wait for the next bus to arrive resulting in a free for all to board the transport.After picking the vehicle up and driving home,we noticed a number of scratches on the offside wing,which had obviously resulted from careless passengers striking the vehicle with baggage/luggage,whilst accessing their vehicle.A disappointing outcome to our trip away!!”
