“Easy to get to. (Do miss Hams Hall parking though)
Buses don't seem to run as often to airport as Hams Hall. It's cold in the bus stop.
Hard going dragging cases across the un tarmacked car parks.
Will use again as it's easy from home.”
“Disappointed with the service compared to APH themselves at Gatwick, who we have used for 20 plus years. Long wait for bus to and from airport, staff indifferent and sometimes just rude. Struggled to out through exit barrier despite scanning ticket when help came took another few minutes just to get out! Not what we expected or hoped for & will not use again. Shame.”
“Over an hour and a half wait for a return bus to mackadown lane .a service that is supposed to run every 25 minutes .over 50 people waiting at stand a .not good enough you must surely look into this .probably won't use again would rather pay more to park on site realy not worth the hassle.”
“Just the job when going away with the price of taxi's and even just being dropped off going up all the time being able to park up in a safe compound and getting a bus to the door is ideal specially when you are disabled and struggle to walk long distances.”
“Good location and ease of access to airport however, the shuttle bus was not running at 15 minute intervals and there was a wait (in the rain) before our bus came to take us back to the carpark. Also, there was some confusion for many of the travellers of which bus to catch.”
