“We have used APH Birmingham several times at their locations. A very friendly service. My only gripe is the confusion at the airport coach stop for the return journey from the airport. The one coach stop is for three differing car parking locations. Blue ticket, yellow ticket and white ticket are the options. Travellers get very angry at the coach stop as it is very unclear which ticket they hold and which coach to get on. There is limited information.”
“Yes the service is excellent , quick easy and very organized .
Me and my partners issue is we had to wait for three buses back from the airport to the airparks in Macadown Lane as there are several new sites there .
But only the white ticket holders could use a certain bus of which seemed to take ages to arrive .
That's our only issue .”
