“I had to park my own car into a VERY tight parking space which on collecting was even more of an issue to get out of. There was a time when you parked my car and then when returning you put it into a pickup area. This was alot better experience. We also had to wait a considerable time to be picked up at arrivals. All in all not the service we've received on many occasions in the past. I know you're trying to cut costs but this is going too far and this all while you increase fees.”
