“Whilst for the most part the service was as expected. On the way back we found ourselves waiting at the bus stop for over 40 minutes. When the service agreement is every 25 minutes this isn’t acceptable. As I’m sure you can appreciate the last thing you want to be doing after a flight is waiting for a bus that doesn’t seem to be coming up. What made it worse is that when trying to ring through to check arrival of the bus, my call just rang out and got cut off.”
