“The actual transfer to the airport was grand, the transfer back to the car park was a bit of a pain, the driver’s assistant said my ticket wasn’t valid for that bus but the driver said it was so I was unsure if I was on the correct bus or not. Once we got to the car park we were made to wait on the bus for a further 5min as another bus was blocking the bus from pulling up in the bus stop which we could of easily got off as it was 2 meters from the actual bus stop. It was late and just an unnecessary delay.”
“We booked APH Birmingham for a one week holiday over New year. Sadly my father was taken ill on holiday and admitted to hospital in Tenerife, as a result our return to the UK was delayed by one week. Although there was a charge for the overstay, on compassionate grounds APH applied a very generous discount to that charge.
