“Looked a bit disorganised as we were told to wait in our car prior to booking in as the gentleman doing the process was having trouble with the handheld computer. However, we were checked in and directed to where to park our car. The actual parking area did not have clearly defined spaces and what spaces were there were narrow. also difficult to exit the car park on our return as no clearly defined directional arrows.”
“The car park itself was fine - no problem there, with either parking, the shuttle bus etc - all good. BUT we had terrible trouble finding the place to start with! We thought we were following the written instructions, but unfortunately they didn't seem to tally with road signs (although someone did say there had been road closures in the area). So, we got totally lost, and not knowing the area at all didn't help. Found our way in the end with the help of google maps on phone. Luckily we weren't flying until the next day, so didn't miss our flight. Perhaps some more user friendly instructions might be good?”
