“Have used this APH before without any issues.
We arrived back about midnight after a 3hr delay to be met with a flat battery. As we were filling out the online form for the recovery to come out we went to the office to ask about the access for them. The guy in the office could not have been more helpful he said numerous cars had had flat batteries due to the cold weather & had jump started them. He did so for us to enable us to thankfully drive home.
Our car did not start again the next morning, so we had the recovery out to start again & to be told the battery had gone & needed replacing.
