“Arrived when bus waiting but told due to parking we would have to wait 30 minutes for the next bus. Parking took 30 seconds so wouldn’t have hurt to let the bus wait 30 seconds to save waiting 30 minutes. Meant we were very rushed and tight getting through security and started our holiday more stressed than needed. Also arrived on very hot day, no air con on bus and told the engine could not be left running to save environment and to not have air con on. Just a little customer service and kindness rather than what was given.”
“Very efficient service. Was greeted and told where to park on arrival. Didn’t have to wait too long for bus to airport and return bus was already at airport to take us back to car park. Can’t fault this car park.”

“We've used APH many times and they were very good. Used last week and they were even better. Going out the driver was polite and very helpful to everyone on the bus. Coming back we were lucky and went straight onto a return bus, overall very happy with the service.”
