“All very straightforward.....easy to see where to "pull up" ...chap immediately checked you in and told us where to park. On the bus within minutes.
Coming back to the parking...we probably had less than 10 mins to wait for return bus.

“First time using APH at Birmingham and it turned out to be a very good experience. A little way from the airport and around the back streets but satnav got us there okay. Nice, spacious site and quite happy self-parking there and keeping the keys.
Upon returning and despite being 5:00 in the morning, the bus was waiting for us and soon back at our car. Defiantly use again and 10 out of 10.”
“The self park was a little out of the way but it was a good experience! The staff were lovely but buses back weren’t as frequent as I thought due to the APH self park and APH express both having buses that stopped there”
“The process was smooth. Found the car park no problem. Shuttle buses every 15 mins and waiting area was heated. Dropped off right outside terminal. Reasonable value for money”
