“Everything about the parking was positive- apart from the distance from home. For us its completely the wrong side of Birmingham & that is what will prevent us from using again.

“The only complaint was the waiting time on arrival on Sunday. Our flight was 50 mins, and our bus wait time and travel back to car was almost the same as the flight time. Poor service and everyone was tired and cold, so to have to wait 40 mins or so for the pick-up was not acceptable.”
