“We are frequent users of self park. Fast check in, self park and keep our keys. Prices are competitive now BHX on site terminal prices seem to have increased so much. Only slight niggle is transfer bus every 25 minutes which is ok outbound but long time inbound at 4am on a cold night. Even 20 mins would be better.”
“Upon arriving at the site where there was instant recognition of the car registration & simple instructions to follow of where to park on arrival. We were met by a friendly member of staff who checked the booking & issued instructions as where we had to park.
We cannot fail to mention the very friendly bus driver who was ready to depart & saw us moving towards the bus from the rear of the vehicle & waited for us to load, & then waited again as one of us had to return to the vehicle for a wallet. Very much appreciated.”
