“We came from the North Midlands and the sat nav took us straight to the door. Excellent reception staff and drivers on both journeys were very polite and helpful. The airport itself was another story and won’t use Birmingham again unless no other options. Couldn’t fault the parking and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.”

Out as we had the keys to the car. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. There was a 10-15 minute wait for the bus on our return but we expected that so it was fine. We will definitely use again.”
