“On arrival all fine , Friendly , Easy process , Bus was also there waiting which was great , No problems at all .
When returned from holiday bus arrived in good time , But when got to car park was skipping zones and we was advised when got on the bus we was zone 3 , He went to 2 zones 4 and 2 i believe and the quite rude driver asked where we needed to get off and we replied Zone 3 and then rudely replied i shouted that at zone 4 , Which he didn't , There was 6 of us and not one of us heard that , 1 if our party was disabled and can hardly walk and to be dropped off different zone not near where we was parked was very problematic , Why aren't you doing to each zone its clearly a one way system ( this was 8th Sep at 17:37) Even on same bus was someone in wheel chair and didnt help until she was near door as couldn't get off without ramp , Totally unexpectable and i was going to ask for complaint process on way out at cabin but even the bloke in there was just at bad , Sat watching TV and on phone we had to shout to let us know as didnt know we was there !!”
“Very efficient service, there was a bus waiting when we arrived to the car park and also when we arrived back at the airport. Transfer time between car park and airport was short. First time using an off site car park, would definitely use again.”
“From parking the car we were picked up with two minutes. Literally a three minute transfer to the airport departure. On arrival there was a bus waiting and again we were back at the car park within three minutes. The staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will use again without hesitation.”
“very helpful staff. The bus driver waited for us to go back to our car to collect my mobile phone which I left behind. Very short journey to the airport terminal. a few issues to improve: 1- the zone signs were very poor, not clearly visible at all. We were looking for Zone 5 for at least 10 minutes so we ended going back to reception to ask.2- at the entrance , would be easier to read the car registration rather showing the booking ref? 3- When we were given the blue ticket , we were told to show to the bus driver on the return- we did . However, nobody told us that we need the ticket again at the exist barrier. What is the point of showing the ticket again at the exist? The person at the exist even didn’t looked at it , he just opened the barrier.”
