“A perfect location 3 mins from departures. Welcoming staff were polite and informative. The bus both to the terminal and on our return was prompt and clean. My car was safe and secure for the week and was as I left it. I’ve been using APH for many years now and have been to all their sites but this is the best so far. I’d highly recommend them”
“The area we were directed to was rough ground; not tarmacked, so if had been raining it would have been muddy. Taking suitcases over the soil and stones was not good.
Otherwise all ok.”
“Brillant service with on going communication so easy to find and accessible with a greeting at the entrance with helpful information where to park and where to pick up the bus transport to the Airport , excellent service only 3 minute's to departure from Aph express car park given a blue ticket to to identify what bus to catch back to car park once on return bus drop off brillant as the driver dropped us at the correct location for car”
“They were brilliant, I was dubious due to this being my first time using APH Express - I emailed the customer service with a few queries and they were great responding and even gave me precise instructions on how to get to the car park. On the day it was early check in and a member of staff took our booking and another member took us to our parking space. The bus came instantly and took us straight to the airport - now hassle or fuss. On my return bus came really quickly and took us directly to were my car was parked. BRILLIANT service - will use again. Thank you APH.”
“Very good service. Only slight issue is the car park is extremely gravely and very difficult to manoeuvre heavy cases. Just a simple path laid out would assist greatly.”
