“Arrival was chaotic with poor instructions where to park, or to retain the 'blue ticket'. On return, the bus driver was quite rude - he asked for the blue ticket (which I'd misplaced) so he looked at my printed out reservation and said I need to go to bus stop 7. I showed him a photo of bus stop 3 that I'd got the bus from. He said, rudely "well YOU parked in the wrong place". When I got off the bus he shouted sarcastically after me "you're welcome". I think your staff need better training.”
“A great offsite carpark for Birmingham Airport. We were guided to an available car parking space and told a shuttle bus would be around to collect us. It was very quick and only took a few minutes to arrive and then took a few more minutes to get us to the airport. The driver made it clear where we picked up the shuttle bus on our return. Would highly recommend.”
