“I am very sad that I was charged 20 pounds more than expected. I had a missing flight in amsterdam on my returning day and had to stay there for 1 day until get another flight. I explained this to the guard and I also sent an email to APH with my booking reference code and explaining the situation and asking for support, but no one contacted me.”
